No more using my hands as a scraper!
I've always wanted a pastry scraper, my hand just wasn't doing the job, lol This scraper is perfect for scooping up chopped veggies, cutting rolls from dough or even measuring. The handle has a nice indent for your thumb and fits your hand very comfortable. The edge is just sharp enough to cut through dough or softer vegetables with easy. Made with a nice grade of stainless steel, you won't have to worry about it rusting or warping. It has made scraping and scooping much easier and my hands have now been fired from the job, lol. I'm very please with the quality and comfort of this pastry scrapper by Sunsella. I was provided a sample of the product for my honest unbiased review.
