Makes peeling vegetables and fruits much easier!
My old potato peeler was going down fast, lol I was offered the chance to test and review this potato peeler and am very glad I took the opportunity to do so. This potato peeler is super sharp! I was peeling potatoes for dinner so fast I almost didn't want to stop, almost, lol The stainless steel construction is well made and fits my hand well. The blemish remover is a nice feature to have since I rarely find a potato that doesn't need at least a small blemish removed. It makes quick work of peeling and getting those unsightly blemishes from potatoes, apples, carrots, etc. HST even added a nice loop at the end of the handle in case you want to hang it up. The only thing I would change about the peeler is, I would like to have a blade cover so that the blade doesn't get damaged by other utensils in my kitchen drawer. Other than that minor detail, I couldn't be happier with this vegetable peeler! I was provided a sample of the product for my honest unbiased review. I test each and every product I review.
