I can make my own pasta!!
I have always wanted to try making my own pasta but wouldn't for many reasons the biggest was time. Now I have no excuse since the Pasta Pal makes it so much easier and faster! With this set, you get 3 different shapes for making a variety of filled pasta in minutes! The entire set is a sturdy plastic and the top plates have a bit of flex to them which you want but you don't have to worry about pressing down hard on them, there not going to break! I do suggest that you flour the Pasta Pal before using which will make your pasta slide out with easy and once you are done a simple rinse with water is all it takes for clean up. I thought the pasta's looked tiny until I cooked them and they were a perfect size.
The beauty of this pasta pal is that you can make 12 pasta filled goodies at a time saving you so much more time than doing them individually. You simply roll your dough very thin, too thick and the plate can't go all the way through to cut and seal. Fill the pocket with your favorite filling, lay another thin layer of dough, put your top plate on and press all over to ensure each area gets a good cut. You now have beautifully perfectly, uniformly shaped pasta! Since I love desserts and really enjoy giving them around the holidays, I will be using the pasta pal to fill and cook some cute desserts, you're only limited by your imagination!

There are lots of pictures and since I am more of a visual person, it was great to have pictures to go with the instructions for my first pasta making challenge.
