When I first got these, I thought there is no way these will do anything for support much less my heel spurs! Wow was I wrong. They didn't look like much out of the package but after slipping them on and wearing them for a while, I was impressed. My heels didn't hurt and my feet felt supported. I was told to buy new shoes every three months, by my foot doctor, to avoid the pain I had been experiencing. With these on I feel I can now wear my shoes much longer, thus saving me lots of money. I wear a size 9 and they were snug, so I would suggest a large if your foot is size 9 or more. I think I should get a pair just to wear around home since I love going barefoot.
