I love these containers because now I can save left overs for when I don't feel like cooking. Having two compartments is perfect because I can put a meat and veggie, freeze and have for lunch later or take two alike or different meals out for dinner. I thought they would be cheap, flimsy plastic but no way, you can use these over and over again! They are very sturdy and go from the freezer to the microwave in a snap! The bento lunch boxes stack inside each other so they don't take up lots of space. They are also perfect to taking some hot food to a sick friend, shut in or anyone you would like to surprise with a homemade meal. There are lots of ways to pack these. You can put meat on the small side and two veggies on the large side or meat on the large side and a veggie on the small. The ways to pack are up to you and how you want to do it.
