Now I can have sliced garlic at home! I love it!
I tried slicing garlic once and decided it was too much trouble and too dangerous for me, lol. The cloves are just to small for me to feel comfortable making nice slices so I only crush or chop my garlic. The Kovot garlic press and slicer has solved that problem completely.
I can easily have sliced garlic for any dish but my main use will be for bread with nice garlic slices, yummy! You can even do both at one time, slice and crush, saving time if you need both applications.
The press/slicer is very well made and works like a dream. The bread with the sliced garlic was a big hit and my family couldn't believe it! I did have to confess that I didn't actually had slice the garlic but that I used this great tool! Now we can have sliced garlic anytime! I'm glad someone finally put the two together to help us less than talented garlic slicers, lol. I received this product free for my honest unbiased review.
