I really like the design of these traps. Just put some bait inside, place the trap against a wall in an area where you have seen activity, mice like to walk or run against the baseboard, sit and wait. You can easily see if you catch the little critter because the traps are transparent. The mice can go into either end of the trap. Once inside the trap door just closes behind it and he's caught! You can easily take him somewhere that he will be more welcome in the trap and just open the door and let it run free! I especially like that they can be used over and over again. I have a mouse right now that is driving me nuts and nothing so far has caught him. I feel he will slip up with this trap. While I haven't caught my mouse yet, I feel certain that it's a matter of time since the cool weather is setting in, that I will have my share of mice try to stay for the winter.
