I don't know the science behind getting a 75 ft hose so small but I am glad it exists! Normally our 75 ft hose would look like an out of control snake was lurking all over the place but after getting this hose, I don't have that problem any more. My husband is always complaining about our current hose always kinking, it's so annoying! I gave him this hose and waited for the not so nice words to flow when it kinked, lol. Not a peep! He ran around dragging it every where, watering everything weather it needed it or not, without one word! It never kinked and after he was through playing it went back to the small size! He really like the brass ends and the one end that has an on and off switch. Not real impressed with the nozzle that comes with it as it's plastic and I've never had a plastic one last more than one season but the nozzle had nothing to do with the reason for wanting the hose. I found it a nice gift but it in no way takes away from the performance of this hose. Now my deck looks much more neat and I don't have hose everywhere, hubby is happy with his new hose!
