I can take my blood pressure without anyone's help!
I've had a wrist monitor for a while and recently my doctor said not to use it as he says there not very accurate. I was offered a sample of this product to test and review. The first thing that impressed me was how simple it was to use by myself. I didn't need anyone's help. The gauge sits by itself and has a large read out. It's battery operated so I don't have to deal with or hunt down an outlet. The cuff has marking to help you get just the right fit. I have very tiny arms and didn't have any problem getting a proper fit. The cuff inflated and I had my blood pressure in seconds. I really liked that it had an indicator to tell you if your blood pressure was low, normal or high as I tend to have memory issues when it comes to blood pressure readings, lol. It takes your pulse while taking your blood pressure also. I like that I can monitor my blood pressure at home and if I notice changes, it stores my readings so I can write them down to give my doctor. I was provided a sample of the product for my honest unbiased review. My opinions are my own and are not influenced in any way.
