Nice gloves but lacking customer support
These gloves are soft, flexible and very comfortable to wear. I could easily maneuver my hands and fingers anyway I wanted which is perfect for snowballs fights, building snowmen or skiing! The color is fantastic and they are lined with soft warm fleece that keeps your hands toasty warm. They arrived just in time for our nice cold weather that brought snow and ice with it so got to try them immediately. My hands stayed warm and dry but I could not get them to tighten around my wrist. The adjuster would not lock and I found it very difficult to pull them tight, even when I did get them to move the adjuster wouldn't hold them. I did like the grips on each finger and the ability to hook the pair together to eliminate loosing just one, which I'm notorious for, lol. I did contact Upow about this but never received a reply so for these 2 reasons I took away a star. Since they did work fantastic at keeping my hands warm and dry, were well made, comfortable, flexible and well made with the exception of the locking mechanism, I didn't remove any more than 1 star. Overall they were made great with the one exception. I was provided a sample of the product for my honest unbiased review. My opinions are my own and are not influenced in any way.
