Good music player for the price!
I have had several MP3 players over the years from very expensive to very cheap. This music player from Lonve is in the price range of cheap but functions better than others I have owned in the same price range. I like that I can just drag and drop music from my computer to load onto the mp3 player, unlike my iPod that is always needing a long download to update it and is much harder to use *for me* than this player. It's simple enough for anyone that isn't tech savvy but does more than others in the same price range. I haven't tried video's or the e book, quite frankly, my eyes aren't good enough to even need that feature. This would make a great first mp3 player for children to learn on, listen too and you don't have to worry about breaking the bank until they learn to use and take care of a more expensive mp3 player.
Being used to touch or swipe screens, getting use to using buttons again was interesting, lol. The screen resolution is a bit grainy but for listening to music or audio recording, for me the resolution was ok. The headphones were not to my liking and since I had better ones around, I just switched them and got great sound. I like that I can throw it in my purse and listen to my own music while driving and not bother anyone. At this price, everyone in the car or home could have their own!
I had no problems listening to the music through my truck stereo which was a plus for me. I don't have to take my expensive iPod with me and just keep this player in my truck until I need to load more songs. The convenience of being able to leave it in my vehicle was a big plus for me. Recording audio was simple and playback had good sound quality but it can be different depending on your headphones, I do suggest using other headphones than the ones supplied.
The games were cute and fun but hard for me personally to see. Kids would really like playing the games and it would be a good way to keep them entertained while traveling, etc. The case is plastic but felt sturdy enough for my needs. I can see my grandson now taking it over the next time he is here, lol
The FM radio was a nice addition and picks up about as well as anything around here and we don't get but 2 good stations, lol. I did appreciate the fact that I could record from the radio which saves me from having to search around for a song, especially one that is a bit out dated.
I received the black one but the other colors look very nice. I feel for the price, it functions well, would be great for first time users of an mp3 player and would make a nice starter for any age range.
Overall, for the price it's a great little mp3 player, the headphones should just be left out since they're not very good and the weight makes it much simpler to carry in a pocket or purse. I was provided a sample of the product for my honest unbiased review.
