Makes rolling dough much easier!
I love to bake and making my own pie crust or fried pies can be a chore using my traditional wooden rolling pin. With this stainless steel rolling pin from RollerMaster, making my pies is much easier. I just put it in the refrigerator or freezer (depending on how quickly I'm going to need it) and the chilled rolling pin keeps my dough from getting warm while I'm working with it. Unlike wooden rolling pins where bacteria can hide, the stainless steel lets you rest assured there is no harmful bacteria left behind. The stainless steel also keeps your dough from sticking and I use less flour than I did before. The rolling pin is also not near as heavy as my wooden rolling pin and much easier to clean. The roller glides smoothly along the dough and I can apply as little or as much pressure as I need or want. I really like that I can put the rolling pin in the dishwasher, something I wouldn't even try with a wooden one. Since I have space in my refrigerator, I just wrap my rolling pin and keep it in there so it is always ready. This rolling pin will probably out last me since it is made from quality stainless steel.
