WONDER SOIL Organic Soil Sheets
You'll love how Wonder Soil works!
I was skeptical that Wonder Soil could live up to its claims but having had time to try it, I have to say it does live up to its claims! The soil comes in wafer's that you add water to and watch them expand! If you have children, this can fun along with teaching them some science, nothing like throwing in some learning while having fun!
I found the sheets more convenient for me since lifting a heavy bag of potting soil is impossible for me and I have to wait for someone to do it for me. The Wonder Soil is light and I can fill my pots all by myself! I started with one wafer, poured water on it and continued watering and breaking it up until it was fully expanded. That worked ok for me but then I decided to try breaking the wafer before adding water and found that the process of expansion went much faster.
Once you have the soil expanded you will notice a big difference in look and feel of it compared to normal potting soil. The Wonder Soil is softer, no pieces of wood, sand, etc, it is much easier to work with. I opted to take my gloves off and actually enjoyed working in the Wonder Soil and found it much easier to get off my hands with just a quick wash as opposed to having to scrub my hands with a brush to get normal potting soil off.
The Wonder Soil seems to hold moisture much better than traditional potting soil. I have my Wonder Soil in a boot planter and just a few feet away a pot with traditional potting soil and I have to water the regular potting soil pot twice as often as the pot with the Wonder Soil in it.
The company also included with my order some Wonder Soil wafers. I popped one into a container, added a little water and it expanded like a little tower, it was cute yet fun! I did a test with it versus regular potting soil in sprouting seeds. I added some tomato seeds to test to each pot and the Wonder Soil seeds sprouted in just a few days whereas I'm still waiting on the potting soil seeds to sprout. I also didn't have to water the Wonder Soil anywhere near as much as the potting soil.
Overall, I am very impressed with the quality and performance of the Wonder Soil. You get convenience, great soil filled with nutrients and less mess. The soil outperformed regular potting soil and was much easier to use and work with. I have been growing flowers and vegetables for over 30 years, tried all kinds of different potting soils and haven't had one perform like Wonder Soil has. The only drawback I can see is the cost as in my part of the country one 5 pound package of Wonder Soil sheets makes about as much as a 40 lb bag of potting soil. Potting soil in my area ranges in price from $1.99 to $5.00 and Wonder Soil costs $15.95 so I am still on the fence as to whether I can justify the cost. If Wonder Soil could get the cost to be more competitive then I would definitely switch from any other potting soil to the Wonder Soil as I feel it is a superior product and the best I have tried, it just doesn't fit into our budget since I do a lot of planting.
I was provided a sample of the product for my honest unbiased review. I test each and every product I review. Good or bad, my opinions are from my own experiences with the product and may not always be the same as another person however they are never influenced in any way.

One wafer out of the package, looks weird doesn't it? lol
Here's the boot planter I am using!
The boot holds a 40 lb bag of regular potting soil.
Let's start with one wafer and see how much soil we get! :)
One wafer in, that was easy :)
Two wafers in! :)
Wafer number 3!
Wafer number 4!
I broke this wafer into 5 pieces and it made expanding it much faster!
Tada! Five wafers were the perfect to fill my boot!
Look at the difference between Wonder Soil and regular potting soil!
Wow, the look is very noticeable but you'll love the feel of Wonder Soil much better!
The potting soil planter had been previously planted a few weeks ago with a small tree. This is what it looked like the day I was trying the potting.
This is one of the wafers Wonder Soil included.
Let's have some more fun!
1/4 cup water in the bottom and wafer put on top!
Starting to rise!
Ha Ha, looks like a little soil tower!
Yes I knocked the tower over, lol
Looks ready for some seeds!
