If you are ever in an accident then you'll be happy you had this dash cam! I was in an accident 2 years ago and even though the driver and his 4 passengers all admitted he ran the red light, the insurance company is fighting to say it was me. Had I had this dash cam there wouldn't be a dispute as to fault! My husband drives a truck hundreds of miles a day and constantly comes home with stories of drivers that almost cause accidents. Needless to say, this dash cam is now in his truck after I tested it for myself. The camera is simple to use, seriously it is one of the simplest dash cams I have used. It literally plug and play but you do have the choice of adjusting the preset settings. You can mute the sound, have the camera loop saving you from having to delete the files when the memory card is full and you can also adjust the resolution. I tried it in my truck first and was happy that while on the interstate, it easily recorded the two lanes on my side, the median and the two lanes on the other side which I like since a driver can cross several lanes and hit you so with this camera you are covered in case something that unfortunate happens. Night recording was good and I like that even unplugged you still have power and can take it out to record.
This dash cam from Conbrow comes complete with the windshield mount, vehicle power adapter, USB cable and an 8 GB memory card which I thought was a very thoughtful addition since most people don't have a memory card sitting around and including it lets you use it immediately and not have to wait until you go buy one! I am happy to have this dash cam watching over my husband while he is out there driving! I was provided a sample of the product for my honest unbiased review. I test each and every product I review.
