So much better than traditional basting brushes!
We love to grill and I love to cook inside but both ways we enjoy basting whatever we are cooking. Having used regular bristle basting brushes before, I have to say that this Orblue silicone pastry brush is hands down much better! I always hated trying to get a bristle brush clean, disgusted when the bristles would come off onto the meat and hated having to replace the so often.
This silicone brush allows me to bast or brush sauce, butter or anything I want and not have to worry about bristles coming off. The silicone bristles really pick up and hold a good amount of the basting liquid. The handle has a slight curve to it making it more ergonomic along with no worries of the handle slipping from your hand should it become wet. There is a hold on the end so you can hang it from the grill or have it hanging in the kitchen ready for use.
Cleaning the brush was so much easier than the normal type basting brush plus you can toss it in the dishwasher with no worries of ruining it. Overall, I am very happy to have this basting brush and will be basting more than ever before! I was provided a sample of the product for my honest unbiased review.
