Love this fry pan!
I can't begin to tell you how well made this fry pan is! The first thing I always notice in any pan is the weight. Over the years, I have come to notice if the pan feels like you just picked up nothing, then it might last through one or two uses but if a pan has some weight to it then your talking better quality. This pan had the weight I expect from a quality fry pan without being heavy like say a cast iron skillet. I was then even happier at how the handle is attached, that handle isn't going anywhere! The surface is truly non-stick, my first use was frying potatoes which tend to stick if I don't use plenty of oil. To my surprise, they didn't even begin to stick. I did put a tiny bit of oil in the bottom out of habit but then tried a few after cleaning without oil and got the same results. The potatoes never stuck and now I know I can leave off the added oil and eat healthier.
The silicone sleeve is just awesome! I really liked how comfortable it was and I felt like I had much better control of the fry pan. It has a slight softness to it that I haven't had in any pan thus far and is a definite plus! This is one quality, well-made fry pan and I would expect to pay more than double for a name brand skillet of this caliber. This is a great frypan for the home cook all the way to the professional.
