You wouldn't know they weren't glass just by looking!
This is one set of wine glasses that you will enjoy over and over! Looking at them one would think they are glass but they aren't! These are not only great for wine but if you have little ones then this is a great way for them to feel grown up without the worry of breakage! I dropped one on various surfaces and couldn't break it, not even a crack or chip! The design and clear plastic make the suitable for any occasion from casual dinner to a wedding reception! The shape makes them very comfortable to pick up and/or hold plus they fit nicely in our 2 yr old grandson's hand and he thought he was a big boy! I love the fact that don't have to handwash them, I put mine in the top rack of the dishwasher and they came out beautifully. I don't recommend the lower portion of the dishwasher since they are plastic and the heat could be too much causing damage to them.
If you like camping or poolside drinks then these are a great alternative to the disposable plastic or styrofoam cups that can break, split and go into the landfill. With this set of glasses, you can enjoy your favorite beverage without the worry of broken glass. I have even used them for dessert! They would make a great container to serve your guest or little one's pudding, ice cream, sorbet, etc since the opening is large enough for a spoon and makes filling them easy! Overall, I am through with disposable glasses and am very happy to include this set of wine glasses to my kitchen. I was provided a discount or sample of the product for my honest unbiased review.
